On Sunday we walked to Notre Dame and lit candles for my god mother, Jan Jan.  When we were lighting the candles I thought of her and how much fun we had at her blueberry parties eating tacos and cookies.  After Notre Dame we walked to Luxembourg gardens and played.  That is my favorite playground.  The best activities are there.  The carousel is different because it is FUN!  They have brass rings that you can try to pull off with a stick as you go around.  The carousel is over 100 years old.  It was built by Charles Garnier who also designed the Paris Opera House.
